We currently offer multiple aesthetic services including facials, MesoNeedling, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Cryopeels, Chemical Peels and Sclerotherapy.

DERMAPLANING

Dermaplaning is an exfoliating treatment that is performed by our trained medical aestheticians under the supervision of a Physician. Using a small surgical blade, our medical team will lightly feather the dead skin cells on the treated area, resulting in smoother, brighter skin immediately. The treatment is not painful or invasive. Over time the appearance of your skin will subtly improve, and with regular treatment, damaged and aging skin can be effectively managed. Dermaplaning is only performed in a medical office, under physician supervision.

FACIALS

Depending on your individual skin type and condition, our Medical Aestheticians will customize a facial treatment that is completely tailored to your needs. Our facials gently exfoliate and cleanse the skin while also providing essential nourishment and improving overall appearance.

MICRO-NEEDLING

Mirco-Needling utilizes a medical-grade digital needling system that creates microscopic punctures in treated areas. This stimulates the body’s natural healing system, promoting the production of new collagen to tighten and smooth the skin. Mirco-Needling can improve acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores and blackheads, and general light scarring. The effectiveness of Mirco-Needling is enhanced when combined with other treatments, like chemical peels or facials.

CRYOPEELS

A soothing, comfortable alternative to harsh exfoliants, Cryopeels are a favorite among patients at Rao Dermatology. This quick, easy treatment is easy to fit into any schedule and contains gentle ingredients that can benefit even the most sensitive skin.One of our most mild peel options, Cryopeels freeze off the outermost layers of skin, revealing a fresh, new surface underneath. While the results are subtle, a Cryopeel every one to two weeks can improve several skin conditions such as chronic Acne, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone.Small areas can be treated in as little as five minutes, whereas a whole body treatment can usually be performed in 30-45 minutes.

CHEMICAL PEELS

Chemical peels cleanse, exfoliate and refresh the skin by removing the outermost layers and revealing a smooth, glowing surface. Rao Dermatology currently offers Jessner, Glycolic and TCA peels for a wide range of skin types and conditions.
